BuyHouseEZ is excited to help you purchase your new home. To get started, please complete,sign and submit to BuyHouseEZ the Residential Loan Application, together with each item in the Checklist below.
1. Application (please answer all questions completely)
2. Request for Verification of Rent
3. Borrower Authorization for Verification
4. 2017 and 2018 W-2 forms for each person
5. Two (2) most recent pay stubs for each person
6. Copy of a recent cell phone bill
7. Copy of recent car payment bill for each vehicle (if applicable)
NOTE: For Applicants who are self-employed and/or receive 1099 Income, please furnish your 2017 and 2018 federal tax returns (1st two pages only, schedules need not be furnishedat this time) and, if applicable, 2017 and 2018 1099 forms.
